RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Full payment is due at the time the reservation is confirmed. Due to the distance between Bali and our reservation office, a booking made on this site will remain pending until confirmation is received from our vendor in Bali. Once the booking is confirmed we will send all documents via email. Please allow at least 72 hours for your reservation to be confirmed.
LATE BOOKINGS -BALI VACATION PACAKGE.COM accepts reservations up to the day of departure, subject to availability of space. For reservations accepted during the last 7 days before departure, BALI VACATION PACAKGE.COM does not guarantee accommodations at a specific hotel or condominium. Instead, BALI VACATION PACAKGE.COM guarantees accommodations in the category booked and will request the specific hotel or condominium desired, the name of which will appear on client's documents.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellation of confirmed arrangements is subject to cancellation fee as follows:

Cancellation notice received:
Up to 30 days arrival in Indonesia : 10% of the total price plus $25 service fee
From 21- 15 days prior to arrival : 35% of the total price plus $25 service fee
From 14 - 7 days prior to arrival : 75% of the total price plus $25 service fee
Within 7 days to arrival : 100% of the total price
Once a tour or package has begun, there will be no refunds made for any unused or partially used Holiday features or services including hotel/condominium accommodations and car rentals. In all cases which cancellation fees will apply and are non-refundable for any reason, including illness or other emergencies. BALI VACATION PACAKGE.COM reserves the right to cancel any package or tour prior to departure for any reason, including insufficient number of participants. Should this happen, full refunds will be made without obligation.
DOCUMENTATION
All documents including vouchers, tickets and confirmation letter will be emailed at least one week prior to the departure. All documents shall include tour or package specifics including Bali representatives contact information, departure times and prices paid.
HOTEL INFORMATION - Extra values, hotel services and amenities are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of the hotel. Hotel photos are representative only and do not necessarily depict the actual room in which guests will be accommodated.
PRICES - All prices are per person based on double occupancy, unless otherwise noted, and reflect current rates in effect at date of our web site update and are subject to change without notice. In the event of an increase, an additional collection will be made to reflect the rates in effect on the date of travel, unless the booking is price guaranteed. Prices shown represent recommended retail prices. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our prices in print and when quoted by telephone, BALI VACATION PACAKGE.COM reserves the right to make subsequent adjustments if it is discovered that a particular price was shown or quoted incorrectly. Due to the fluctuating cost of aviation fuel, BALI VACATION PACAKGE.COM reserves the right to impose a "fuel surcharge" to the cost of the Holiday if and when necessary.
HOLIDAY/SEASONAL RESERVATIONS - Seasonal price fluctuations in packages may apply during certain peak and holiday seasons. In addition, some hotels and condominiums have special pricing, cancellation, change, minimum stay and refund policies for these travel periods. Please ask us for specifics on these seasonal/holiday airfare and accommodation policies.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE - Price does not include expenses and items not mentioned on the website, including but not limited to air transportation, tips for personal services, meals, beverages, parking fees, insurance, telephone calls, resort fees, laundry service, cleaning and other items of a personal nature
BAGGAGE - Neither BALI VACATION PACAKGE.COM , nor the selling agent shall be held responsible for loss, damage or delay while baggage is in the custody of tour operators or hotels.
PHYSICAL DISABILITIES - Any physical disability requiring special attention or treatment must be disclosed to BALI
VACATION PACAKGE.COM when reservations are requested. Passengers requiring special assistance should be accompanied by a responsible adult fully able to assist the passenger. Some of the events and activities available in the islands, which involve transportation by bus, van, sailing or power vessel, may not have facilities for accommodating physically disabled passengers.
RESPONSIBILITY - The packages and tours advertised in this site have been specially arranged by BALI VACATION
PACAKGE.COM. The suppliers providing transportation and sightseeing arrangements and hotel accommodations for the Holidays are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of BALI VACATION PACAKGE.COM, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All documentation, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. By utilizing the services of the suppliers, you agree that neither BALI VACATION PACAKGE.COM nor any of its' subsidiaries, affiliates or representatives shall be liable for any accident, loss, injury or damage to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond their control, including defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delays, cancellations or changes in itineraries or schedules, etc. Remember that all travel documents, as well as compliance with agricultural regulations, are your responsibility. The terms under which you agree to take a tour or package cannot be changed or amended except in writing, signed by an authorized officer of BALI VACATION PACAKGE.COM. In the unlikely event that the services or accommodations are not available as stated, due to reasons beyond BALI VACATION PACAKGE.COM's control, every effort will be made to provide services or accommodations of equal standard and quality, for your safety, convenience and enjoyment.

All clients’ funds are held in the Bali Vacation Pacakge.com Clients Trust Account with Bank of Honolulu, Honolulu, Hawaii. Hotels, airlines and other vendors are paid from this trust account

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - By booking one of these packages or tours you acknowledge that in all events BALI VACATION PACAKGE.COM shall not be liable for any consequential damages and that the sole extent of BALI VACATION
PACAKGE.COM's liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by you to BALI VACATION PACAKGE.COM |
